Custom made plate for Rasmus Kofoeds signature Hake dish at Restaurant Geranium, Copenhagen. The plate is mouthblown into a wooden mould, cut, ground and polished. The decoration is made with volcanic ash from Eyafjellajökull, Iceland and iron frit form the local metal shop Trio in Nexø, Bornholm. Please note that this plate is made exclusively for Rasmus Kofoed and his dish and therefor isn’t for sale.
